If I initiate a conference call, do I have the ability to remove a specific person, if they become abusive etc? Or can I only ignore them?
Unfortunately, none. You cannot remove the person while in conference... the only option is Ignore. :-(
Might want to consider creating a new conference then do not invite that contact anymore.
