I want to be able to sketch notes during a conference call, then add to MS Word or email. Solutions?

I'm looking for a software and HW package that would allow me to sketch notes or diagrams on an electronic sketch pad, then easily cut and paste that as an image into other documents.

I'm looking for solutions and would love leads.
