I am seeking to set up a regular internet Conference Calling site with users from America, Europe and West Africa. The West African users may be limited, by bandwidth, to Voice only. Other users should be able to use Video & Voice. My own limited research shows SKYPE is capable of having FOUR Conference callers at once. Is this the best option available? Does Yahoo or MSN or any other VOiP system offer a better set up? Is FOUR users going to be the maximum possible for a Conference using the Internet. If there were to be more users, what other software or user system could you recommend?

I use voipfone & can recommend it. As far as I know there is No limit to the number of participants in a conference call at any one time.

really, that's going to come down to the bandwidth that you lease. obviously the more bandwidth you have, the more traffic you can support. if you're leasing something like a T1, you are really going to hurting. watch out though, leasing bandwidth gets very expensive.
Use Windows Netmeeting.
Click start, click run and type "conf". This will bring up Windows netmeeting. Fill out the forms and so on. It's free and comes with Windows. Have your other users do the same. Once its all setup, just punch in the IP of the computer that you want to call and host the call. Have each user call that same IP.
