Hi, Is there a cell phone out yet that does video conference calling?

I'm looking for a new cellphone pda that has video conference calling. g3. Anyone heard of any phones like this coming to North America anytime soon?

I'm not entirely sure about it, but i have seen my friend with a motorola flip that had two cameras, seemingly having that ability.
