Hello Darius,

Thank you for writing to Yahoo! India.

We have reviewed your questions and answers and resumed one of your

answer. We have reviewed your appeal request. Upon review, we found that

your content was not in violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community

Guidelines, Yahoo! Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service.

Your content has been reposted to Yahoo! Answers, and we apologize for

any inconvenience this may have caused.

Yahoo Answers Team makes unsupported claims, what is violation and what is not.

My lawyer ask me to request Yahoo Answers Team to provide him with any evidence of any violation of Yahoo Answers Terms, Guidelines, Rules and Yahoo Answers Team failed to provide me with

any valid evidence, exhibit of any violation.

Just read the following

"

As for the rest of your deleted questions, all of them are not questions

but requests or narratives. We understand you would like some additional

information about your content removed from Yahoo! Answers. We ask that

community members follow the question-and-answer format because Yahoo!

Answers is a question-and-answer community. This means when you post a

question, it must be written in the form of a question. When you post an

answer, it must attempt to answer the question being asked.

====

Yahoo Answers Team is wrong making unsupported claims.

Asking questions I expect to get answers.

I can do nothing to force others, third parties, to give me any answer, any correct answer.

I am not asking questions to waste my time.

The problem is Yahoo Mail Non-Delivery,

Yahoo Mail flagging No-Spam as Spam,

Yahoo Mail rely server in London, not relying email to mailbox at Yahoo Mail.

I am not asking questions to generate a problem.

The problem with Yahoo Mail forces me to ask questions.

The problem with Yahoo Mail delivery of today, forced me to

switch to Google Mail to contact Yahoo Postmaster.

Asking questions I am not restricted to ask short questions.

Asking questions I give grounds for any asked question to make

giving right answer as easy as possible

Yahoo Answers Team is wrong calling my questions narrative.

There is nothing narrative in giving more details about, why a specific question is asked.

I don't need to get answers from third parties.

The solely reason for asking questions at Yahoo Answers is

failing to provide me with reliable Yahoo Mail Service by Yahoo.com

in the recent months/.

And I am not the only person hurt and affected.

Just visit Google.

In the best interest of Yahoo.com is to provide safe and reliable Mail Service and give solutions to reported problems as soon as possible.

As the problem with Yahoo Mail Delivery persisted in the recent months,

Yahoo Answers Team,

please just give me one correct answer

in your own name.

Deleting, removing questions, hurts Yahoo.com business,

as problems with Yahoo Mail Delivery are still open and officially reported to Yahoo.com.

So the above is my question only, nothing narrative.

Good question with full grounds provided, deserves good, exact answer.

I am really sorry Yahoo Answers Team.

Just do your best to improve the quality of Yahoo Mail

and you get no more Yahoo Mail Delivery questions.

Trying to send my email to you I got the following message already three (3) times:

already tested seven (7) times

Message could not be sent due to a connection problem

======================================...

Problems with Yahoo Mail Delivery are your problems not mine

and I deserve exact answer, good answer

and there is nothing narrative in the above.

Yahoo Answer Team

you are free to answer my question in your own name,

as any other person.

Just do it to stop others from asking the same questions over and over again.

Yahoo Mail is an excellent service and keep it as excellent as previously in 2009.

Happy New Year

In short, it's not it is not the official Yahoo! Team removing your questions, it is the user of Yahoo! Answers that are doing that.

People on the Website can be very malicious. What you should

Do is go to your profile--edit--- and make your Q&A private so that

People can not keep tabs on your questions, and report them for

fun. In most cases, people just report your questions because they

are bored, or they don't like for some reason. I don't think the real

team would delete a question for no reason. It's the Users, not

Yahoo! Answers

I don't quite understand what you are asking here, are you disputing the question below being removed. It could have be reported for spam/solicitation, or for not being a question/answer. Were there any additional details to the question?

(Question has been removed) It could have been removed because there were simply no answers.

And this question is still here.

Yahoo!7 stays for what?

apparently, it is a matter of dispute about questions being contrary to guide lines. If too many questions are held to be in violation of rules, the yahoo team would be right. After all, no allegation of foul play can be levelled. Moreover, some authority has to be final - right or wrong. Ex chief Justice Supreme court of India remarked- "We are not always right but we are final." similarly, the yahoo team may not be always right but they are final. We must respect their decisions.
