What type of audio compression does this computer not support for conference calling?

If you're on Windows Vista, Yahoo Messenger requires the True Speech voice codec which can be downloaded here:

You also need the latest build of Yahoo Messenger in order for voice to work for you. Old versions of Messenger will not work due to the most current version of the Yacscom.dll required which is version 50.

Once you've installed the codec and the lastest version of messenger, I suggest a reboot even if it doesn't tell you to do so. Good Luck.
