Cannot enter access code after calling conference call number?

I can connect to my main conference call number for work. It is an 866 number. However, when I'm prompted to enter my access code and use the dialpad or the number keys on my keyboard, they're not accepted...its as if I've not typed or entered anything. Any solutions?


To dial an extension or password requires the use of DTMF tones. If they are not working for you, notify customer care. is your phone connected through or to a modem? if so, there should be a small button on the back of the modem that says reset. You may need a small pin or something to push it but once you reset your modem, it should resolve the problem. if no, try unplugging all devices for about 1 minute and then plugging them again.
